David Spear
Project Management and Project Controls Specialist
 
David is a highly experienced and a certified Program and Project Manager who specialises in Project Controls. 

Commencing his career as an Electrical Engineer in the Royal Australian Air Force he quickly gravitated to major aircraft modification and servicing projects. He then moved on to Defence infrastructure projects such as Radar Stations across Northern Australia. 

Since leaving the Air Force he has worked with private and government organisations on manufacturing, rail, road and system improvement projects.  In his current engagement he has undertaken a review of existing projects and advised on performance improvements - specifically the introduction of Earned Value Management.

Roger Heale is a Senior Account Executive at Hexagon ALI with over 30 years’ experience in the technology industry.

Having started his career as a Radio Communications Officer & Systems guidance engineer, Roger moved to become a Seismic Engineer where he worked in 14 countries for Mining, Oil & Gas companies before moving into an Account Management career that has seen him deliver solutions to, and manage, some of the world’s largest Resource companies in the world.
